As it is near on impossible to find suitable shoes for a 22 year old in kids sizes, these are perfect for wearing with a dress for a smart occasion as well as other activities.

Hi guys, really delighted with my purchase.
I have struggled for years trying to find suitable shoes. I contracted polio as a baby which left me with small, wide deformed feet.
This has not stopped me from living a normal life, but finding shoes has been difficult.
Please let me know if you ever start manufacturing boots I would be very interested in purchasing some.

Literally not stopped wearing these trainers since they arrived. Easy to get on & off one handed and they fit my orthotics. Also very lightweight & comfy. Love the colour too.

Our son has wide feet anyway and really struggled when he started wearing AFO’s.
We have always had to order a size larger to accommodate. These wide ones meant we could order his normal size and fit his splints

I have been trying to find shoes for a long time, I have rheumatoid arthritis painful swollen toes. I try shoes on think they feel fine but after walking 100 yards I’m crippled. I honestly had tears in my eyes when I put these on, absolute comfort and plenty of room to accommodate my painful swollen toes. I can now start to enjoy walking again. Can’t recommend them highly enough. 😍

I ordered these because a new AFO meant it wouldn't fit in my original trainers. I measured my foot circumference with the AFO on to ensure I had sufficient room, which I did. I had to order a size 8 and had to remove all 3 insoles - the ago fit perfectly. However even adding an I sole and heel lift to my other foot the 8 was too big and I refuse to buy 2 different sizes! I can't wear the AFO at all - nothing to do with the trainers.

The trainers are fab, they're light, comfortable inside and the zip fastening is ideal. I need to be rechecked for an AFO but I'm definitely coming back to Friendly Shoes.

So helpful and the best I've found to accommodate stroke issues. I've recommended the company and the shoes to others. Can't say enough good things.

It’s a bit early to be reviewing the shoes but first impressions are good. The side zip is great because it makes the shoes easier to put on. The laces, once tied, don’t need to be touched again because of the side zip. I have a foot which swells as it gets warm so I’ll be able to slacken the lace for more comfort when this happens. Shoes look great also and the stock insoles are comfortable so I don’t need to add my thicker orthotic ones.
I’ll be going on holiday soon so I can give them some serious use but things look promising so far. Good value for the money.

Wonderful service and product

I have Mortons Neuroma and have bought so many pairs of shoes over the last few years trying to find relief. This pair of Voyage Navy & Peach are the best. They have removable insoles so that there is plenty of room for my special orthotics. The side zips are good and the laces can be used to make the fit perfect when first used. I thought wide fit would make them look bulky but they are perfect for me. Would love it if you were able to produce slippers too.

I actually bought these for my son, even though they’re technically women’s trainers. The black and silver looked super and he really liked them. They look much nicer in person than online - the silver is really shiny.
These are super comfortable and he is able to get them on and off independently with ease using the zips which is exactly what we wanted. So happy to have discovered friendly shoes. We also bought a pair of boots which we love. We’ve had excellent customer service too. Couldn’t recommend more.

These trainers are so easy to get on and they’re lovely and comfortable but my only little issue is that the wider fit trainers only come in black. I would’ve preferred a lighter colour to wear with dresses especially in the warmer weather.

Excellent shoes for my husband with Parkinson’s-he is able to put his shoes on without difficulty. Very Comfortable for him.

Just bought these for my granddaughter who needs extra support. They are so comfortable and look lovely too. Very happy, we will definitely be buying more.

I saw theses boots at Naidex and was pleasantly surprised. My orthotics fit well and the wide fitting definitely helps. No longer am I constrained to two pairs of trainers. I now have a pair of shoes I can wear all day.

Having 1 normal sized foot and 1 extra extra wide it has been really hard finding footwear. It was great to find friendly shoes. The trainers have been fabulous so adaptable. Now to find the same in smart shoes......

I’m really pleased with these shoes. They loosen right off and accommodate my daughter’s AFOs perfectly, plus (and this is a big plus) they’re so much lighter than the orthotic boots she had before.
My daughter finds it much easier to lift her legs in these, and she loves the sparkly details ✨

These shoes are very comfortable and deep enough to accommodate my orthotic insole. The only problem I have with them is that the silver disc covering the zip doesn't stay attached to the velcro and ends up flapping about when I walk.

Best fit every will keep buying this shoe in different colours.
