Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you’re happy with your Friendly Shoes order. If however you would like to return or exchange an unworn pair of shoes or socks then please fill in the form on this page, or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we’ll get in touch.
All returns need to be received within 28 days of receipt.
Returns must be unworn, unmarked, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. If your item is not in immaculate condition it will be returned to you and a refund declined. If the shoes are unworn yet not in their box or with tags on, a credit note will be offered.
The refund will be for the product only, shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds are made via your original payment method and it can take up to 7 days once processed to show back with you.
For sustainability reasons, we do not offer free returns and return postage costs must be paid for by you. We recommend using a signed for delivery service with proof of postage.
All exchanges are based on stock availability. If the exchanged style is more or less than the original item, we will need to process a refund for this and the item will need to be reordered through our website.
The first UK exchange will be sent out at no charge but additional exchanges from the same order will be charged for shipping.
International orders will be charged for shipping on exchanges.
Shoes purchased from the outlet are non-refundable.
