When does the Black Friday 2025 sale end?
You can get 25% off our adaptive shoes from Friday 28th November until 23:59 on Monday 1 December.
How long will it take to get my shoes?
All our stock is in our warehouse in Oxfordshire. Our two-person team (Jessica and Nancy) will be busy getting orders ready from 1 December, and all orders will be sent that week via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked.
Can I exchange my shoes?
Absolutely you can! If you want to exchange please get in touch with us on hello@friendlyshoes.co.uk. We send the exchange pair out for free on receipt of the original (which must be unworn, with all tags attached and removable insoles included, in the box and wrapped in a protective post bag).
What is the returns policy?
All Black Friday purchases can be returned within 28 days as long as they unworn, with all tags attached and removable insoles included, in the box and wrapped in a protective post bag. If you want to return your shoes please email hello@friendlyshoes.co.uk.
